Occupational health and job safety is a big issue and and puts many barriers in front of organization developments. Legislative regulations are not enough to minimize the hazard in the workplace. Unsafe work environment does not only threaten human health also raises a lot of economic damage. This research aims to clarify the impact Psychological Empowerment and Job Involvement on Occupational Health and Job safety aviation sector. The study sample included 434 participants from the aviation sector. The study data were collected through a set of questionnaires and analyzed using SPPS and AMOS software programs. All research scales have been chosen from indexed literature. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) applied to all scales to test the structural validity. The confirmatory factor analysis of the scales was found significant since the model test values from the confirmatory factor analysis were within the acceptable limits, and therefore, the CFA results of all scales were considered applicable. The results showed that Psychological Empowerment and Job Involvement had positive relationships with Occupational Health and Job safety in workplaces in aviation sector. The findings showed that Psychological Empowerment and Job Involvement had positive relationships with Occupational Health and Job safety.
